One day the cold hoarfrost in the north shall collide with the heat from the south, resulting in a dripping. From the drops, a Giant shall arise. A man and a woman will grow out of one of his armpits.

The Giant shall feed on milk from a primeval Cow, (which also will have arisen from the drops). That same Cow shall lick a man out of a salt stone. That man shall give birth to a son, who shall marry the daughter of another Giant.

This son and that second Giants' daugther, shall have three Sons who shall eventually slay the first Giant. The Sons shall create the World out of the Giant's corpse; The Earth shall be built of his flesh, the Mountains of his bones. The blood shall become Rivers and Seas. The teeth and jaws shall become Boulders and Rocks. The Firmament shall be created by the skull and by the brain they shall create the Clouds.

Corpse maggots in the Giant's flesh shall become Dwarfs, four of which shall be placed in each corner of the skull to hold it up.

From an ash branch and an elm branch they shall create the first Humans. God X shall give them Life, God Y shall give them Understanding and God Z shall give them Hearing and Sight. The Humans shall be placed to live in Mid-Earth inside the ring wall made of the Giant's eyebrows.

They shall set Moon and Sun, Night and Day to ride their horses around the Earth.
